Supreme Finance loans: amount, documents and how to apply

Supreme’s home page says: “We offer short & long term loans from R500 up to R20 000, with FLEXIBLE repayment terms.” For documents it lists an original SA ID, your latest 3 months of bank statements and your latest 3 months of payslips. It describes its application as “quick and easy” and says you can “get approval within minutes”; that is the lender’s claim, not a decision you can count on.

Applying means filling in the online application form. The page says “we will contact you back shortly”, so the form is a request that Supreme answers by contact, not a quotation. The term, the interest rate and the fees are not published on the pages we read.

Supreme Finance requirements and credit record

The three documents above are the only requirements the website lists. It states no age limit, minimum income, length of employment or rule for people who are blacklisted or under debt review. Do not assume either way: ask when Supreme contacts you.

What to ask before you accept a Supreme Finance loan

  • the repayment term and the number of instalments;
  • the interest rate and every fee, including the initiation fee and the monthly service fee;
  • the total you will repay;
  • whether it will run a credit check, and a copy of the credit agreement to read before you sign.

Supreme says on its home page that it is a registered credit provider and a member of Micro Finance South Africa (MFSA). For how lenders treat a damaged record, see loans for bad credit.

Supreme Finance contact number, login and branches

Supreme lists one phone number, 086 055 5440, and the email info@supremefinance.co.za. Its site says it has a footprint in all 9 provinces and has a branches page. The pages we read have no client login and no WhatsApp number.

Loans like Supreme Finance: see the terms before you apply

If you want the amount range, the documents and the NCR number in front of you before you apply, compare Crediwise and Creditbar first. The loans list has more lenders, and Capfin, Sunshine Loans and Boodle have cards with their requirements, contacts and costs. The personal loans guide explains how to compare them, and the loan calculator shows what a loan of your size costs.

Important information

Amounts, documents and contacts come from the Supreme Finance home, application and branches pages (supremefinance.co.za), read on 28 Oct 2026. Supreme Finance can change them. The pages did not show a loan agreement, privacy policy or terms when we read them (the only documents linked are pricing sheets for its savings accounts); the block above shows what we looked for. The registration number and the date we checked it are in the blocks above. A registered credit provider must assess whether you can afford a loan before it lends. Being listed in the NCR register is not an endorsement by the regulator or by Tasamira. Tasamira is a comparison site: it is not Supreme Finance and does not decide loans.

  • Tasamira is not Supreme Finance: we are a comparison site.

  • A loan has to be repaid on time. Before you sign, check the interest rate, the initiation and monthly service fees, any credit life insurance and the total amount you will repay, and make sure the repayments fit your budget. If you pay late, the lender can add default interest and collection costs, and missed payments can be reported to credit bureaus. Under the National Credit Act, a lender must check that you can afford the loan. Check the lender in the NCR register before you apply.
